In this role, you'll manage monthly finance operations and maintenance of monthly cash spend vs budget, BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) and governmental tax reporting, accounts payable and year-end audit support. This role is based in our Philippines, Dumaguete office. Job Requirements & Competencies: Financial Operations Management: Overseeing financial transactions including: Payroll & Incentive Submission to be processed for payment Maintenance of Monthly Cash Spend vs Monthly Budget Assist in monthly cash spend, daily cashflow forecast and budget Administrative support including mailing of supporting documents to clients/vendors Contact person for bank related transaction between client and FCM Prepares vouchers & disburses checks on all payables Monitor contractors on compliance Handles and supervises personnel outsourced from 3rd parties Coordinates with Vendors and suppliers on timely an accurate payments and purchase Tax Filing & Compliance: Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of government and tax-related documents BIR Submissions & governmental reporting Annual Audit & Payroll Withholding Tax Support Annual Renewal of Tax Registrations Monitor local regulatory changes and communicate implications Ad hoc finance and accounting related tasks based on leader’s assignment Requirements Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant finance and accounting experience Minimum background in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Famliarity with e-invoicing, tax compliance and government regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in M365 Dynamics is advantageous. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. A proactive, self-motivated team player who can work independently.
