The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for generating quality deposits and in ensuring that sales quota is met. They are also responsible for selling the products and services available in the assigned branch by working closely with Sales Officers and Account Officers. They shall be responsible for the supervision of the overall operations of the branch, also making sure that it follows relevant policies, rules, and regulations set forth internally and by regulatory bodies. They shall also report regularly the outcomes of their work scope to the Branch Operations Head, Area Head and Branch Banking Head, and coordinate with the relevant Head Office departments concerned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, or any similar discipline, is an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the Banking Operations in a supervisory/managerial capacity
  • Must be highly knowledgeable in the bank regulations set forth by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas outlined in the Manual of Regulations for Banks.
  • Must have working knowledge in various laws relevant to the practice of compliance functions of BSFIs including, but not limited to, the Anti-Money Laundering Law.
  • Excellent oral and written English communications skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong people and leadership skills
  • Strategic and self-driven, results-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
