Overview The People Relations Officer plays a key role in fostering a positive, people-centered workplace culture. This role supports employees by addressing workplace concerns, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and administering HR programs that promote engagement, growth, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution while maintaining a supportive environment. Promote a people-first culture through engagement initiatives and communication efforts. Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation. Support the performance management process, including coaching and developmental discussions. Prepare HR-related reports to monitor workplace trends and employee satisfaction. Collaborate with various departments to support HR programs and organizational initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, specifically in employee or labor relations. Strong understanding of labor laws and standard HR procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
