The ideal candidate is not only technically skilled but also has good to excellent communication skills , serving as the go-to person for resolving technical problems and delivering outstanding service across the organization. This role requires working on-site daily in Makati City and being comfortable with a shifting schedule, including possible graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues
  • Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment
  • Install and update software and operating systems
  • Support user accounts, passwords, and access rights (Active Directory, O365, etc.)
  • Perform routine maintenance, backups, and system updates
  • Document support tickets, solutions, and procedures in the helpdesk system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary
  • Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding of staff, including setup and recovery of devices
  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software licenses
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk role (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems
  • Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills , with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Must be willing to work on-site daily in Makati City
  • Amenable to a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
