Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to provide hands-on leadership in designing, developing, and delivering technology solutions. The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding technical teams, ensuring best practices in solution delivery, and aligning technical initiatives with business needs—particularly within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
  • Drive advanced analysis, design, and programming efforts across multiple technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise in system integration, programming, and solution optimization.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a financial institution or banking environment.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in advanced analysis and design methodologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in COBOL, CICS, Java/.Net, and SQL programming.
  • Solid knowledge of banking concepts and/or financial services processes.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced technical skills across multiple platforms and programming environments.

Work Setup: Onsite/Hybrid (Will discuss further if selected for the role)

Shift: Day Shift

Location: Makati City

Salary: Open to discuss depending on the years of experience and career level as a Mid Technical Architect

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
