Solaire Resort Entertainment City | Full time Date Opened 06/13/2025 State/Province National Capital Region (Manila) Country Philippines Job Description SOLAIRE RESORT ENTERTAINMENT CITY POSITION SUMMARY The position is responsible for maintaining Electronic Gaming Machines, Table Electronics, Gaming Shufflers, and Casino Link System with Preventive Maintenance Programs. Coordinates with various internal departments, repairs, installations, relocations, conversions, routine maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and ensures compliance with established internal control procedures and gaming regulations.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • To assist Sr. Technical Manager and the Assistant System Manager’s in planning, installing, and maintaining the slot equipment’s, table equipment’s, gaming shufflers and One-link media system.• Interacts with Sr. Technical Manager regarding day-to-day operation of all gaming-related equipment’s.• Performs all assigned duties efficiently, technically correct, Follows the requests of Superiors, adheres to procedures, and achieve a high standard leading to total guest and Company satisfaction.• Maintain high level security and integrity of technical assets, tools and related gaming equipment’s as well as reporting any unusual problem / situation to the Sr. Technical Manager.• Display a high level of professionalism in appearance and conduct.• Monitors and updates inventory controls and supplies to Sr. Technical Manager monthly.• Maintains required documentation of slot moves, maintenance and repair logs, tools, slot machine parts and supplies.• Updates oneself and follow security/fire/safety procedures according to Company’s rules and regulations.• Attends departmental meetings and training when requested.• Always be clean and properly dressed while on duty. Always ensure you have short and clean fingernails; have a trimmed and clean haircut and always be aware of personal hygiene.• Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.• Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross culture communications.• Be understanding and respectful of different cultures.• Lead the staff in performing preventive maintenance for slot machines, gaming shuffler and other electronic peripherals.• Ensures compliance of all policies and procedures implemented by the Casino Technical Department and the Company• Issues shift assignments for Casino Technicians at the start of their shift and ensure all assignments are completed during each shift.• Ensures that assigned personnel during their shift follow all stated policies and procedures. Coaches as needed.• Maintains a full working knowledge of Casino Technician duties.• Oversees conversion of machine models and denomination.• Provides hands-on-training on all EGM and systems.• Prepares the technical training modules and manual for technical section.• Conduct technical training for newly hired technicians with documentation.Requirements KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS • Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.• Must have electronic knowledge, computer literate and troubleshooting skills.• Must be able to lift 45kg and above at any given time.• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods for routine maintenance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
