Job Description

The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to food service, customer service, training, and budgeting to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications
  • Leadership Skills : Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Customer Focus : Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
  • Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with staff, management, and guests, both verbally and in writing.
  • Financial Acumen : Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and controlling costs to achieve profitability.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to address issues quickly and effectively, including resolving customer complaints and operational challenges.
  • Attention to Detail : Ensuring quality standards are met in food preparation, service, and overall presentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards in the foodservice industry.
