Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Specialist located in Manila. The Food and Beverage Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day food service operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with culinary staff, manage inventory, and uphold CITADINES' standards of excellence.

  • Culinary Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
