Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality food and beverage products at competitive prices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to maintain adequate stock without over-purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to improve reliability and service.
  • Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and cost analyses for management review.
  • Lead, train, and supervise procurement staff to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in procurement, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and purchasing regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
