Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Metro Manila. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing budgets, and training staff. The role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieving customer satisfaction. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards within the food service areas.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Training staff
  • Skills in Budgeting and financial management, Budget, Profit and Loss
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
