Job Description : Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales. Implements all sales action plans and strategies. Acquire new business and/or close on business. 2. Sales - B2B Sales / Account Management

Responsibilities :

- Maintain and increase existing customer revenue within the Small to Medium-sized business space through upselling and cross-selling, generating referrals. Manage account portfolio through Customer Touchpoint Strategy to improve customer lifespan. Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs. Collaborate between customer and internal teams. Monitor account usage and drive product adoption. Meet and exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications : Minimum 2-year B2B sales experience. Account management experience and/or client-focused solutions selling. Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence decision-makers; presentation and negotiation skills. Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
