Functions:

  • Prospecting for a potential customer using various sales activities
  • Conducting analysis of customer requirements and recommending solutions to serve customer requirements
  • Establishing contacts and developing a professional relationship with prospects and clients
  • Closing sales
  • Hiring, training, and working with sales agents to reach sales quotas
  • Achieving sales target

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • With at least 4 years of experience in selling luxury brands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

Senior Sales Executive with at least 5 to 7 years in the lighting industry. Independent worker, full-time, with base salary and additional compensation. Drives new business development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients (architects, engineers, developers, contractors)
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, lighting demonstrations

  • Strong network and knowledge of lighting products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
