Position Summary As the E-Commerce Sales Manager (Online Business Development Manager Lead), you are responsible for maximizing sales revenue by understanding your assigned accounts. You will pursue market leadership by understanding the value chain of online and traditional businesses and secure market leadership by managing market distribution trends. You will develop short, mid, and long term strategies and increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through e-shop development and management. Role And Responsibilities Sales Operations: Oversee all online sales operations, ensuring alignment with business units (BUs) and maximizing revenue generation. Sales Forecasting: Work with forecasting teams to ensure accurate predictions using sell-out run rates, reports, back orders, open POs, and channel inventory. Revenue Generation: Identify and drive opportunities to increase sales revenue through online channels. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer AOV and conversion rates; optimize existing platforms (e.g., samsung.com) and others. Develop and implement online sales and operational plans that align with overall business objectives. Promotion Management: Consolidate approved monthly promotions and provide a setup guide; coordinate promo briefs to Performance Marketing and Platform teams; discuss with BU toolkit and playbook shared by the Performance Marketing team. Channel Engagement: Actively engage with business units and partners to seek opportunities to improve channel engagement; provide guidance on promotion planning and execution to align with business goals. Forecasting and Alignment: Manage online pre-consensus forecasting with BUs and online inputs to develop accurate sales forecasts; align with customers and internal teams to optimize sales targets and inventory levels. Monthly Promo Setup Guide for Platform: Oversee Samsung platform operations, ensuring promotions and product activations are executed effectively; coordinate with SDS team for timely and accurate product benefits, communications, and activations. Collaboration and Coordination: Work with online business development, product managers, and Regional/HQ teams to ensure promotions and sales strategies are coordinated and aligned with customer experience and company objectives. People Management: Lead a small team by enhancing methods and providing coaching for successful outcomes. Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's Degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in people management Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Business Development/Channel Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and negotiate with key decision-makers Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure; demonstrated project management skills Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of sales forecasting is a plus Willingness to work on-site daily (McKinley, Taguig) Employment Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales, Business Development, and General Business Industries: Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing and Computers and Electronics Manufacturing To apply, click on Apply now.
