VGreen Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines The Facilities & Safety Officer plays a dual role in ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities and maintaining compliance with occupational safety and health standards. This position is responsible for managing building‑related services, coordinating with vendors, and serving as the designated DOLE certified Safety Officer. The role is critical to supporting operational continuity, employee welfare, and government compliance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Facilities Management Oversee day‑to‑day operations of office facilities, ensuring functionality, cleanliness, and safety of the workspace. Coordinate utilities (electricity, water, internet) and ensure uninterrupted service and timely issue resolution. Serve as the primary liaison with building administration for permits, access, maintenance, and compliance with property protocols. Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, contract negotiation, service‑level monitoring, and performance evaluation. Support procurement of office equipment, furniture, and supplies in coordination with Admin and Finance. Track and manage facilities‑related expenses, assist in budget preparation, and ensure timely processing of vendor payments. Maintain an updated inventory of office assets and oversee preventive maintenance schedules. Assist in office fit‑outs, relocations, and workspace planning to accommodate team growth and operational needs. Safety & Compliance Serve as the designated DOLE‑certified Safety Officer for the site. Implement and monitor occupational safety and health programs in compliance with DOLE regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills. Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records. Coordinate safety training and awareness programs for employees. Ensure readiness for government inspections and audits related to labor and safety compliance. Administrative Support Assist in onboarding and workspace setup for new hires. Support procurement processes related to facilities and safety. Maintain records of office assets, supplies, and safety equipment. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Occupational Safety, or related field. DOLE Safety Officer Certification (SO2 or higher) required or willingness to obtain. Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or safety compliance. Strong organizational, communication, and vendor coordination skills. Knowledge of Philippine labor and occupational safety regulations.
