They oversee the upkeep of the physical space, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and manage budgets and staff. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. What You’ll Do Oversee maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Manage budgets and allocate resources. Supervise, train, evaluate, and hire staff. Handle vendor and stakeholder management for soft services. Work on a shifting schedule, including 24/7 operations and holidays.
