Customer Requirement Analysis Understand Customer Needs : Collaborate with the sales team to meet with potential clients and understand their technical requirements, challenges, and objectives. Solution Tailoring : Work with clients to gather detailed information about their current environment, workflows, and pain points, ensuring the proposed solution meets their specific needs. Conduct Technical Assessments : Perform technical assessments or audits of customers’ existing systems or infrastructure to understand the gaps and opportunities for improvement. Product/Service Demonstrations Conduct Demos and Presentations : Lead product or service demonstrations for potential customers, showcasing key features, functionalities, and benefits that align with their requirements. Technical Presentations : Create and deliver compelling technical presentations that explain how the company’s products, services, or solutions can solve customer challenges and add value. Proof of Concept (POC) : Develop and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) presentations or pilot programs to demonstrate the practical application of the solution to prospective clients. Solution Design and Proposal Support Solution Design : Assist in designing the technical architecture or configuration of the proposed solution based on customer requirements and product capabilities. Proposal Preparation : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and customize technical proposals, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet customer needs and align with business objectives. RFP/RFI Response : Support the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Information (RFIs) by providing technical input, product specifications, and design recommendations. Technical Support During Sales Process Answer Technical Queries : Act as the primary point of contact for answering any technical questions or concerns that arise during the sales process, helping customers understand the product’s technical aspects. Coordinate with Product Teams : Work closely with the product development, engineering, or R&D teams to address any technical issues or product customization requests during the sales process. Provide Feasibility and Risk Assessments : Help assess the technical feasibility of the solution and identify any potential risks or limitations related to the customer’s infrastructure or business environment. Educational Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required. Advanced certifications or training in specific technologies. Experience 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales support, technical sales, or a related field.
