Overview Lending Channel Development Manager (Supermarkets, Food, Study) at GCash. Drive end-to-end channel growth for the lending business within assigned industries/channels, focusing on KPIs and merchant take-up to achieve business targets. Responsibilities Understand the entire Lending business end-to-end, focusing on KPIs which affect the overall business target including take up across assigned channel (industries & merchants). Curates sales strategies to drive sales growth for the lending business in the assigned industry/channel (e.g., Channel Expansion, Innovation, and Optimization). Monitor and analyze KPI performance of all Lending products, perform root-cause analysis, and craft proposals to enhance sales performance. Develop and execute channel-specific promotions and campaigns, including leading cross-functional project teams through end-to-end processes. Act as subject matter expert and main point of contact for the lending sales team regarding strategy, partnerships, and promotions for different lending products; support account managers in sales calls and JBPs for strategic merchants. Presents/submits complete and accurate progress reports, campaign proposals, and strategic plans to stakeholders during top-management business reviews and operations meetings.
