Your Opportunity As a Talent Acquisition specialist , you will play a critical role in driving our strategic growth and success focusing on delivering outstanding candidates for all positions in Cebu. Your Responsibility Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the nextsteps. Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in competitive talent pool to build a strong talent pipeline in different expertise Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and VPs, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Develop a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants. Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openings Your Qualifications 2+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience across various business needs. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactive, quality-focused, and detail-oriented. Experienced in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Adaptable to new tools and processes. Fluent in English. Ashby experience is a plus Cherry on the Cake You would like to work in a start-up environment. You are passionate about technology and investing.
