We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring process for our clients. The role requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about connecting the right talent to the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support account management by coordinating with clients on recruitment needs.
  • Post job ads, source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Endorse qualified candidates to clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS/Excel tracker regularly.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (open to project-based).
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and experienced in handling ATS is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months
