Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media analytics and provide reports on performance, engagement, and growth.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate messaging and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including patient communication, appointment management, and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and healthcare marketing.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong background in social media management, with a portfolio or examples of past work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailored for engagement and marketing.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and regulations related to social media communication.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
