The company is known for its commitment to delivering high-quality products and maintaining rigorous quality standards. Job Description Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for engineering and manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards across all processes. Lead quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions. Analyze quality performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and train staff to uphold quality standards in the retail industry. Oversee supplier quality management and ensure adherence to agreed specifications. Report quality metrics and findings to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Manager should have: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven expertise in quality management systems and standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead teams and manage quality assurance processes effectively. Familiarity with retail industry practices and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with quality audits and supplier quality management.
