Key Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse Operations Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products. Ensure adherence to safety standards, proper handling of goods, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 2. Inventory Management Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or shortages. Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with relevant teams to address discrepancies. 3. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs. Lead and motivate the warehouse team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and teamwork. 4. Quality Assurance Maintain product quality standards by implementing appropriate storage and handling practices, including temperature control for food items. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous. 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food retail or franchising industry. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control processes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
