Communicate and coordinate with all QC Inspectors, serve as center contact person to all QC Inspectors Ensure the availability of all documents and materials needed in conducting QC inspections such as approved Job Order, LSD limits, etc. Coordinate with the QA Specialist for any product quality concerns and issues. Report all non-conformity from the previous production day and other quality-related issues to the QA Specialist Operate and ensure safety aspects and procedures of handling laboratory chemicals, running electronic laboratory measuring equipment (e.g., Universal Testing Machine, Analytical Balance, COF etc.), and use of other auxiliary equipment (e.g., Oven, etc.). Track and monitor daily inspection reports submitted by the QC Inspectors to meet the specifications by conducting an evaluation of samples to ensure there is no missed inspection during the production run. Knows the packaging materials standard requirements as per approved Job Order and the technical specifications of raw materials used in the process. Assure the smooth flow of job turn-over (i.e., from night shift to morning shift, and vice versa) in QC. Conduct 5S to his assigned work area before and after his shift. Submit the accomplishment report to the Technical Manager Attend the scheduled departmental meeting. Assist the QC Inspectors in the proper storage, labeling, and recording of retained samples. Prepare a summary evaluation of all quality issues encountered within the organization. Verify the quality status of the monthly inventory report of all materials. Between 21 years old to 40 years old Bachelor’s College Degree, associates or equivalent Good problem solving and analytical skills Good in oral and written communication skills Strong attention to details Fast learner Not color blind With at least 1-year minimum experience of QA Inspector in manufacturing industry. Understand Manufacturing process and methods Ability to use measuring devices like rulers, gauges, meters, calipers In-depth understanding of company standards Up-to-date knowledge of flexible packaging industry standards and best practices is an advantage Teamwork and collaboration Comfortable standing or walking for long period of time #J-18808-Ljbffr
