On behalf of our client, Featherstone Sourcing is hiring an HR Generalist . This role will primarily support Blooming Health’s Product & Engineering team in India and Technical Operations team in the Philippines, while also contributing to global HR operations — including at their U.S. headquarters.

Salary: $9,000 – $11,000 USD annually

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Staffing : Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from strategy to onboarding.
  • Employee Experience : Support onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Culture & Engagement : Foster Blooming Health’s values and positive workplace culture.
  • Training & Development : Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning programs.
  • Performance Management : Guide managers on evaluations and improvement plans.
  • Benefits & Compliance : Administer benefits and ensure compliance across India, the Philippines, and other jurisdictions.
  • HR Operations : Maintain employee records, support payroll, and provide general HR administrative support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, ideally with technical recruitment or tech industry focus.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws (India required; Philippines and others a plus).
  • Experience in HR functions: compliance, onboarding, engagement, performance management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage sensitive information, and support a global team.

Preferred :

  • Experience working closely with engineering/development teams.
