As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be **in charge of Employee or Labor Relations.**As a **HR Generalist**, you will:* Do NTE review and validation.* Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing. You will make the recommendation for the decision.
