BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH is an international construction service provider whose primary focus is on complex specialist foundation engineering work in difficult ground conditions. Job ID: req1978 For our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searching for a new team member as QA/QC Engineer – Special foundation construction (m/f/x). Responsibilities Controlling and monitoring the construction process of the specialist foundation project according to quality requirements and internal quality standards Perform daily inspections on site, test the quality of specialist foundation construction works required in the contract specifications Identification and documentation of quality problems and corresponding solutions, monitoring the effectiveness of improvement measures and reporting to the project management Documentation of all quality related activities, risk assessment, internal and external audits, observation reports and optimization of quality procedures for the specialist foundation project Compliance with the required health, safety and quality standards according to BAUER guidelines Your profile Academic degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar studies First professional experience as site engineer or similar position, experience in the field of special foundation is preferred Relevant experience in QA/QC functions within construction projects Willingness to work across Mega Manila and other project locations in the Philippines (e.g., Pampanga, Laguna, Batangas) Ability to communicate fluently in English, both oral and written We offer you Attractive remuneration package Exciting tasks in an international working environment Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths High freedom of decision and design A corporate culture that connects Your contact person The BAUER Group is a leading provider of services, equipment and products for ground and groundwater and generates total Group revenues of EUR 1.7 billion with around 12,000 employees.
