Overview QA/QC Engineer – Special foundation construction (m/f/x) with BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH. Location: Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. Stellennummer: req1978. For BAUER Magyarország Speciális Mélyépítő Kft. and its special foundation project in Paks, Hungary, we also seek a QA/QC Engineer – Special foundation construction (m/f/x). The following responsibilities and requirements apply to the role described for the Philippines project as well as the related positions noted above. Responsibilities Controlling and monitoring the construction process of the specialist foundation project according to quality requirements and internal quality standards Perform daily inspections on site, test the quality of specialist foundation construction works required in the contract specifications Identification and documentation of quality problems and corresponding solutions, monitoring the effectiveness of improvement measures and reporting to the project management Documentation of all quality related activities, risk assessment, internal and external audits, observation reports and optimization of quality procedures for the specialist foundation project Compliance with the required health, safety and quality standards according to BAUER guidelines Qualifications Academic degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar studies First professional experience as site engineer or similar position; experience in the field of special foundation is preferred Relevant experience in QA/QC functions within construction projects Willingness to work across Mega Manila and other project locations in the Philippines (e.g., Pampanga, Laguna, Batangas) Ability to communicate fluently in English, both oral and written Employment Details Full-time Seniority level: Entry level Job function: Quality Assurance Industry: Construction Benefits Attractive compensation package Exciting tasks in an international working environment Flat hierarchies and short decision paths High degree of decision-making and design freedom Company culture that connects Contact Marco Fischer, The BAUER Group is a leading provider of services, machinery and products for soil and groundwater and employs around 12,000 staff, generating a total group performance of 1.7 billion euros.
