About the role We are seeking a QA/QC MEPS0 to join our dynamic team at EIS Industries Construction Corporation in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. As a full-time QA/QC MEPS0, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across our construction projects. What you'll be doing Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for MEPS0 (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, Others) systems Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify and resolve quality-related issues Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and findings Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams to promote best practices in quality management Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality assurance and control What we're looking for Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry Thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes Proficiency in using quality control tools and software Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment What we offer At EIS Industries Construction Corporation, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
