Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred). Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC or site engineering roles. Familiarity with construction standards, test methods (ASTM, ACI, etc.), and local building codes. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with QA/QC software, D365, and Procore; ability to interpret engineering plans and technical specifications. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English (report writing, coordination with site teams); effective in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (PEs, subcontractors, inspectors). Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and resolving quality issues; able to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and coordination. #J-18808-Ljbffr
