Position Title: Expeditor Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City Work Setup: Onsite Work Schedule: Shifting schedule Job Type: Full-time Qualifications -Graduate of Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field -At least 1–2 years of experience in an expeditor, procurement, logistics, or supply chain role -Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage purchase orders and delivery schedules -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) -Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision -Willing to work on shifting schedules and adjust hours when necessary -Comfortable working in standard office conditions with no strenuous physical demands Job Summary/Description -Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and following up with suppliers on product delivery in accordance with Craig International’s terms and conditions -Expected to generate weekly expediting reports, escalate overdue purchase orders, and maintain on-time delivery without exceptions Responsibilities/Duties -Coordinate with accounts to understand and fulfill customer requirements based on contract terms -Manage the supplier-side purchase order process, including confirmations, timely release, and delivery coordination -Handle all communications related to shipments, delivery issues, and product quality or quantity concerns -Ensure all orders meet quality standards and specifications -Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to support smooth order delivery -Escalate complex issues to supervisors for quick resolution -Promote safe work practices and aim for zero workplace accidents -Comply with all company policies, including those related to quality, security, safety, and data protection -Resolve audit issues and corrective actions within the required timeframe -Report any security issues or weaknesses immediately
