DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure timely material availability.
  • Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate material deliveries to multiple construction sites.
  • Negotiate contracts, delivery terms, and payment schedules.
  • Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory across multiple projects.
  • Manage supplier relationships and long-term contracts.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and coordinating supply chain operations for large-scale construction works.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contract management, and construction materials.

  • Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.

  • Solid understanding of import/export procedures, logistics planning, and vendor management.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a dynamic construction environment.

  • Willing to work Onsite: Muntinlupa City.
