Supply Chain Specialist (Order Expeditor) Join to apply for the Supply Chain Specialist (Order Expeditor) role at WHR Global Consulting Overview Position: Expeditor Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City Work Setup: Onsite Work Schedule: Shifting schedule Job Type: Full-time Qualifications Graduate of Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field At least 1–2 years of experience in an expeditor, procurement, logistics, or supply chain role Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage purchase orders and delivery schedules Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Willing to work on shifting schedules and adjust hours when necessary Comfortable working in standard office conditions with no strenuous physical demands Responsibilities Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and following up with suppliers on product delivery in accordance with Craig International’s terms and conditions Generate weekly expediting reports, escalate overdue purchase orders, and maintain on-time delivery without exceptions Coordinate with accounts to understand and fulfill customer requirements based on contract terms Manage the supplier-side purchase order process, including confirmations, timely release, and delivery coordination Handle all communications related to shipments, delivery issues, and product quality or quantity concerns Ensure all orders meet quality standards and specifications Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to support smooth order delivery Escalate complex issues to supervisors for quick resolution Promote safe work practices and aim for zero workplace accidents Comply with all company policies, including those related to quality, security, safety, and data protection Resolve audit issues and corrective actions within the required timeframe Report any security issues or weaknesses immediately Additional Seniority level: Entry level Industries: Human Resources Services Job function: Management and Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at WHR Global Consulting by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
