JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Procurement & Purchasing:

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requisitions.
  • Assist in sourcing and coordinating with suppliers for quotations, negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Monitor and communicate with suppliers regarding order status follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of materials/items.
  • Coordinate with requesting departments to verify receipt and quality of goods.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures

Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate with concerned departments to monitor stock levels and forecast future needs.
  • Perform physical stock checks in warehouses or stockrooms.

Logistics and Distribution:

  • Track and coordinate shipments and deliveries.
  • Work with transport providers and distribution centers to ensure smooth flow of goods.
  • Oversee the receipt, handling, and scheduling of products
  • Maintain accurate supply chain documentation, including invoices, purchase records, and shipping documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or any related field.
  • Basic understanding of import/export processes, purchase orders, and inventory control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
  • Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the field of Supply Chain Management.
