In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing key planning processes, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products from suppliers to customers. You will play a crucial part in developing and executing strategies that enhance our supply chain's resilience, responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness, directly contributing to Allegro's operational excellence and business growth.**What You Will Do:*** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain planning professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.* Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processes.* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align supply chain plans with business objectives and market demands.* Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for your section, ensuring robust forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.* Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.* Utilize advanced analytics and planning tools to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain planning, driving initiatives to achieve and exceed targets.* Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain processes, implementing new technologies, and fostering best practices.* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies.**What You Will Need:*** Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
