Responsibilities :
- Canvassing, purchasing and managing office supplies and equipment inventory; work with vendors to ensure regular supply of materials and equipment.
- Create and manage the list of existing and prospective suppliers and their contact information.
- Coordinate with service providers for office equipment repair and maintenance.
- Create and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Process renewal of documents, permits, and licenses.
- Inform the team of documents and items received from Admin Suppliers.
- Maintain administrative funds and disbursements; handle mail and routing for the company driver/messenger.
- Monitor space usage (parking, warehouse, office spaces) and coordinate lease agreements with lessors.
- Ensure spaces are clean and orderly; oversee office disinfection and maintenance.
Salary : Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Qualifications :
- Graduate of any 4-year course; experience as an executive/personal assistant is preferred.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge; strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication; discretion and confidentiality.
- Willing to stay-in; driving skills are preferred.
- Willing to relocate to Mayamot, Antipolo, and able to commute to Parañaque if required.
Schedule : 8-hour shift; Day shift
