ABOUT THE ROLE The Admin and Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative operations and procurement activities. This includes fleet management, office operations, contract management for various 3rd party providers, cost management, and legal requirements as well as ISO and Environmental Standards. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES I. Administrative Management & Reporting Fleet: Oversees the administration of company owned and/or leased vehicles which includes inventory, insurance, assignment, preventive maintenance and repairs, fuel consumption, LTO related activities for registration/renewal application. Insurance: Manages the processing of insurance claims by submitting necessary documents and acts as liaison between the company and the insurer to expedite the process. Travel, Accommodation and Courier: Oversees delivery of service for travel and accommodation for the employees and/or company guests. II. Procurement Management & Reporting Develops and implements strategic procurement policies and procedures. Identifies cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient purchasing strategies. Manages vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms. Monitors market trends and supplier performance to make informed decisions. III. Financial Analysis / Expenditure Monitoring and Control Prepares the year-on-year administrative budget and ensure that expenditures align with financial goals. Reviews and approves purchase requisitions to ensure compliance with financial policies and budget limits. Oversees the proper allocation and recording expense under respective cost centers. IV. People Management Leads, coaches and guide team members in the delivery of their performance and in meeting departmental objectives and goals. V. Process Improvement Leads initiatives to streamline administrative and procurement functions and enhance overall productivity. Update policies to reflect company structure, regulations, and best practices. JOB QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years professional experience for both administrative and procurement management, with managerial role. Proven experience in budget preparation, process improvement and implementation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
