The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website, etc.) and manage job advertisements. Proactively source candidates through networking, headhunting, referrals, and online databases (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidate records are accurate and compliant. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage pre-employment checks. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to improve efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR. Proven experience with various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms. Strong knowledge of interviewing techniques and employment laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
