Key Responsibilities Fully responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer communication. Focus on recruiting for key positions such as: Customer Service Representatives, Influencer Marketing Specialists, User Research Experts, B2B Sales Representatives, and B2C Sales Representatives. Formulate and implement local recruitment strategies based on business needs, ensuring timely response to each department's hiring requirements. Participate in employer brand building to enhance the company's attractiveness in the Philippine job market. Assist with new hire onboarding and basic HR coordination. Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. Collaborate closely with the China headquarters and local team to ensure alignment between recruitment goals and business development. Qualifications At least 2 years of expatriate or long-term residence experience in the Philippines, with a solid understanding of local labor laws, government procedures, and culture. Experience in e-commerce, furniture, or BPO industries is preferred. Extensive experience in recruiting Customer Service Representatives and B2B/B2C sales is preferred. Familiar with the entire recruitment process, with the ability to manage multiple positions and departments simultaneously. English or Chinese can be used as working languages. Familiar with major recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Foundit. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
