We're looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Specialist to take on the role of HR Officer – Recruitment. If you enjoy connecting with people and have a passion for talent acquisition, we'd love to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or a related course
  • At least 4–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Bonus: Knowledge in other HR areas (e.g., training, employee relations)
  • Willing to commute, relocate, or report on-site to our Pasig Head Office (C5 area)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, screen, and attract qualified applicants
  • Post job ads and manage recruitment campaigns
  • Schedule and conduct interviews and assessments
  • Maintain a talent pool and endorse candidates to hiring managers
  • Submit daily and summary recruitment reports
  • Ensure timely hiring and complete documentation
  • Conduct background checks and verify credentials
  • Support HR process improvements and stay updated on tools
  • Comply with company standards and QMS procedures
