HR Specialist – Recruitment & Employer Branding As the champion of campus engagement and university partnerships, you will represent the company across partner institutions such as, but not limited to, the academe, building strong relationships that enhance our employer brand and ensure a steady pipeline of high‑potential graduates. You will design and execute recruitment activities that not only showcase our culture and career opportunities but also keep candidates excited and connected throughout the hiring journey. Beyond attracting talent, you will lead end‑to‑end candidate engagement—from pre‑boarding touchpoints to a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience—ensuring every new hire feels supported and set up for success from day one. Recruitment Branding Acts as the main point person who will handle the campus recruitment initiatives, university events and industry partnerships to build talent pipelines for fresh graduate hiring Collaborates with schools, student organizations, and career centers to develop long‑term campus relationships Overall Recruitment Process Posts and maintains job advertisements across various platforms, ensuring visibility to attract quality candidates Coordinates interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and seamless logistics Assists recruiters with sourcing candidates, initial screening, and coordinating recruitment events or job fairs Onboarding Ensures a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires—from pre‑boarding coordination to day‑one logistics Conducts evaluations to measure onboarding effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for continuous improvement Reporting & Analytics Maintains and updates the applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting Tracks recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, interview‑to‑offer ratio, and candidate feedback Supports the HR team in improving and streamlining hiring workflows and practices Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Trend Micro by 2x Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Human Resources and Marketing Industries Software Development, Human Resources Services, Marketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
