The Novated Lease Settlements Officer is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end settlement process of novated leases, ensuring all contracts, documentation, and payments are processed efficiently and accurately. The role requires close coordination with clients, employers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and adherence to salary packaging guidelines.

Salary: 40,000 to 45,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

Skills Required:

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to manage detailed processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness in settlement transactions.
• Customer Service: Strong communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Process Management: Ability to follow and improve established settlement procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance at all times.
• Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial transactions related to settlements, including invoicing and payment reconciliation.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple settlements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client and Driver Communication: Engage with clients and drivers to understand their settlement requirements, providing assistance and resolving queries throughout the process.
• Contract and Settlement Processing: Follow established procedures to manage and finalize novated lease settlements, ensuring all contracts and documentation are correctly completed and submitted.
• Data Entry and System Management: Accurately input client and contract data into systems, maintaining up-to-date records of all settlements.
• Post-Settlement Support: Provide clients with post-settlement support, ensuring they are informed about payroll deductions and any further steps required after the lease is settled.
• Professionalism and Compliance: Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all communications.
