Leasing Technical Officer

The Leasing Technical Officer will support the technical and operational aspects of our leased properties. He/she is responsible to do the technical evaluation of lease spaces, tenant fit out coordination and technical support during lease period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focuses on coordinating with Technical for the renovation of the retail spaces and ensures that fit outs are on time to support seamless leasing operations.
- Collaborates with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the leased office spaces.
- Assists in managing the entire leasing lifecycle, from initial inquiry to move-in, including processing applications, and coordinating with property management.
- Provides technical guidance during lease negotiations and property handovers.
- Conducts regular inspections and assessments to uphold property quality and safety.
- Stays up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the organization.
