Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategy to achieve company goals and objectives

  3. Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages promptly
  4. Identify key influencers and collaborate with them to amplify brand message
  5. Analyze metrics and provide insights to improve social media performance
  6. Keep up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  2. 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience
  3. Proven ability to create compelling content and drive engagement
  4. Skilled in using social listening tools and analyzing data to inform decision making
  5. Expert knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices
  6. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  7. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
