- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with proven years of experience in social media manager role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics)
- Familiarity with paid advertising and campaign management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter or X - Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills etc.


Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, etc.), tailored to each platform
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms
- Manage and grow online communities across social media platforms
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, conversions, ROl) to optimize strategy
