The Bid Hub, as part of the Cloud Solutions & Innovation Center, assists with the creation of services proposals and bids globally by partnering with Solution Architects and Services sales teams worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Services sales teams globally to understand scope and opportunity.
  • Interact with internal customers to identify functional scope of the solution prior to the bid estimation process.
  • Create services proposals (bids) to effectively implement Infor solutions globally.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of estimation tools, methodologies and templates.
  • Own and maintain content in identified repositories to streamline bid creation.
  • Be flexible to work on timings/shifts to match requirements of other regions.
  • Work proactively under tight deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal clients as well as customers.
  • Be willing to work in the US time zone to meet the demands of the NA region.
What You Will Need
  • Trained/experience on how to build a proposal.
  • Strong written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ERP or industry-related experience.
