The role is based in Manila office.
Your role in our team
- Directly reporting to Infra Senior Secretary/Business Administrator
- To provide bids support to Infrastructure Group.
- Regular contact with Cost Center/Business Leads, Business & Market Leads and Infra Senior Secretary/Business Administrator
- Regular contact with other engineers/professionals within own discipline across the firm.
- Assist in conducting searches for new leads including EOIs, RFPs, and RFQs
- Collaborate with team members to develop proposals and client qualifications.
- Provides support with bids and business development, preparing and coordinating inputs.
- Assists in different kinds of CV formatting & bid forms completions.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of new tasks on a project-by-project basis.
- Other bid tasks that may ask from time to time.
Is this role right for you?
- Bachelor's degree (open to all majors – business, engineering, marketing etc)
- At least 3 years' experience of working in pursuits and bids in the Consulting/Construction industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Must have collaboration skills and a proactive attitude, with an ability to work within a team environment and with staff of all levels
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with great attention to detail.
- Knowledge in CRM is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop is an advantage.
