About the role

Cresco Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Senior Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the bid process for our organisation, ensuring we secure new and exciting business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating the end-to-end bid process, from initial opportunity identification to final submission
  2. Liaising with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and collate compelling bid responses
  3. Ensuring bid submissions are compliant with client requirements and deadlines
  4. Providing administrative and logistical support to the Management team
  5. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the bid function, tender submissions and proposals
  6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the bid pipeline and submissions

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years' proven experience in a bid coordination or similar role, preferably within a sales or business development function and more notably, with an engineering or architecture consultancy or construction company
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  3. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  6. Knowledge of new business development processes and best practices
