Your Tasks Provide technical and commercial advice to clients in onshore and offshore wind energy in the Philippines and SEA countries. Assist in all project phases: concept, feasibility, RFP preparation, bidding, evaluation, and contract negotiations. Monitor project progress, including travel within the region. Coordinate external project partners, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations. Work within interdisciplinary teams in renewable energies. Coordinate external and internal project partners. Represent Fichtner, maintain relationships, and develop business in the Philippines. Your Profile University degree (B.Sc. or above) relevant to the job. Several years’ experience in the wind energy industry, ideally in international projects. Strong network in the Philippine and Southeast Asian wind industry. Experience in consulting and project management. Reliable leadership skills. Pragmatic, solution-oriented, self-reliant. Excellent report writing and presentation skills. Very good English skills. Ability to interact openly and friendly with clients and partners from diverse backgrounds. Benefits Permanent contract with competitive salary.
