Sales Executive

Makati, Philippines HEALTH METRICS, INC. Full time

1. Maintains and develops a computerized customer and sales lead database as marketing intelligence for the clinic to determine viability of services

2. Develops, recommends and implements direct sales strategies aligned to agreed budgets, sales volumes, as approved by management. This includes regular visits to target markets such as manning agencies, HR Managers in order to present the Clinic’s services

3. Responds to and follow up sales inquiries by phone, personal visits and e-mail.

4. Submits pertinent reports to the Sales Manager and or Medical Director involving new developments in the health service industry that may include government regulations, political, environmental, socio-cultural and technological updates, client relations, competitor activities that may redefine current service offerings thereby increasing the Clinic’s competitive advantage.

5. Submits a monthly sales and marketing report, as well as information on workable accounts to the Sales Manager.

6. Maintains a log of client issues and concerns and ensures client recovery plans, if necessary,

7. Assists in the forecast and development of annual sales quotas; projects expected sales volume and profit for existing and new clients; analyzes trends and results; assists in establishing price strategies; recommends selling prices; monitors costs, competition, supply and demand.

8. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

9. Prepares reports as requested by the supervisor of the department and/or management.

10. Participates in the programs of the company and provides a positive company image to the public and the clients.

11. Coordinates with clinic heads and supervisors on servicing details for new and repeat customers; to facilitate efficient and remarkable customer service.

12. To take on any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course

  • Preferably with sales background

  • Resourceful, creative, results-oriented, assertive, can work independently

  • People oriented

  • Above average communication skills in both oral and written form
