Job Description

The responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager are:

  • Lead and drive end-to-end change and transformation initiatives across people, process, and technology domains
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define, structure, and implement strategic programs that align with organizational goals
  • Develop and execute project and change management plans, including communication, training, coaching, sponsorship, and resistance management strategies
  • Conduct change impact assessments, assess change readiness, and embed change management practices within strategic initiatives
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution of project dependencies and impediments
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation efforts, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Manage external vendors, project teams, and logistics to ensure efficient delivery of transformation programs
  • Foster organizational capability in project and change management through coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Solid grasp of how individuals experience and adapt to change, with the ability to guide teams through transitions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with adaptability in a fast-paced environments
  • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking, holistic approach to transformation and problem solving
  • Proven ability to manage complexity, navigate ambiguity, and remain resilient under pressure
  • Collaborative team player capable of working effectively at all organizational levels
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and a solid understanding of end-to-end business operations
